  • Weekly testing for proper chemical balance and sanitization of the following:
  • Chlorine, pH, Alkalinity
  • Calcium Hardness and Cyanuric Acid (Spring, mid-Summer, and as needed)
  • Debris removal from skimmer, pump basket(s) and automatic cleaner
  • Equipment inspection
  • Maintain a digital service record
  • Weekly communication with the client after each visit

Full Service

  • Debris removal from the bottom of the pool
  • Annual filter service included

  • All our services are subjected to our Service Agreement.
  • Chemicals included in the monthly service are *chlorine, chlorine tablets, muriatic acid, sodium bicarbonate, and calcium increaser.
  • Monthly service level does not include the following chemicals: phosphate remover, algaecide, stain and scale preventatives.
  • There is a required one time annual fee of $185 for Spring Tune-up which includes annual mineral treatment, phosphate remover and filter service*

*Up to 5 gallons of chlorine per month. **One filter service include annually if subscribed to Full Service Level.
